MyLane
Privacy Policy
Last updated July 30, 2026
MyLane is a personal health-tracking app published by Great Mountain Creative LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. MyLane records health information you choose to enter — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address and display name. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the identifier Apple provides (and a relay email if you choose to hide yours).
- Health information you enter. Medications, peptides and supplements and the doses you log; symptoms; lab results; body measurements; progress photos; food and meal logs; workouts; and notes you write.
- Apple Health data you choose to share. Read-only, and only the types you approve (for example weight, body measurements, and daily nutrition totals). MyLane never writes to Apple Health without your action, and this data stays tied to your account.
- Messages to hAIdi. The text — and, if you use voice, the audio — of what you send to our in-app assistant.
- Photos and documents you upload. Lab reports, prescription or mixing instructions, progress and recipe photos.
- Basic technical information. App version, build number, device model and OS version, sent with bug reports and error logs so we can fix problems.
What we do with it
We use your information to run the features you are using: showing your schedule and reminders, tracking doses and labs over time, generating summaries you can take to your provider, answering you in hAIdi, and supporting you if you contact us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health data for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to operate the app, each handling data on our behalf:
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage (where your account and health records live).
- OpenRouter — routes hAIdi’s messages to the AI model that generates replies.
- ElevenLabs — generates spoken replies when you use voice.
- Cloudflare Stream — hosts and delivers workout videos.
- Apple — app distribution and, if you use it, Sign in with Apple.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: More → Email & password → Delete account. This permanently erases your account and the data attached to it — routines, doses, labs, measurements, meals, photos and messages. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore it for you.
Some records that are not personally identifying (for example aggregate usage counts) may remain in de-identified form. Backups roll off on their normal schedule.
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to your records is restricted to your own account by database-level security rules. You can add Face ID / passcode lock to the app in Settings. No system is perfect, so please use a strong, unique password.
Children
MyLane is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can view and edit your information in the app, revoke Apple Health access at any time in Apple’s Health app, turn reminders off in Settings, and delete your account outright. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data — contact us and we will help.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the date above, and note it in the app.
