MyLane

Welcome to MyLane

Your daily plan, your workouts, your meals, and a coach who checks in — in one place. Here’s how to get in, depending on how you found us.

If you joined the 30-Day Challenge

You already have an account — we made it when you signed up.

  1. 1Find the email from us titled “Your MyLane account is ready” and tap the button in it to choose a password. Check your spam folder if it isn’t in your inbox — and if it isn’t there either, tell us and we’ll get you in.
  2. 2Sign in and start straight away in your browser — that’s the full MyLane, nothing to install.
  3. 3Want it on your phone as an app too? Follow the install steps further down, then sign in with the same email.

Never got the email? Go to the sign-in page, choose Forgot password, and enter the address you signed up with. Your challenge content is already attached to it.

Installing the app

iPhone

  1. 1Install TestFlight from the App Store first. It’s a free Apple app, and it’s how Apple hands out apps that aren’t listed yet.
  2. 2Come back here and tap the button below on the same iPhone.
  3. 3TestFlight opens and shows MyLane — tap Accept, then Install.
Open in TestFlight

The link opens TestFlight, not MyLane. If it says the app isn’t installed, install TestFlight from the App Store first and tap it again.

Android

Android will try to warn you off, two or three times, using words like “harm” and “unsafe”. That’s not about MyLane — Android shows it for any app installed outside the Play Store, because it can’t check what it didn’t distribute. Here is each one and what to tap.

  1. 1Start the download with the button or the QR code below.
  2. 2Chrome warns “This type of file can harm your device”. Choose Download anyway. Chrome says this about every app file, whoever made it.
  3. 3Open the downloaded file. Android says it’s “not allowed to install unknown apps from this source” — tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back.
  4. 4If Play Protect shows “Unsafe app blocked” or offers to scan, choose Install anyway (you may need More details to see it).
  5. 5Tap Install, then Open.
